I am an avid gardener, but I never see as many spiders or webs as I do in pianos.  They love the dark quiet spaces inside, as do moths and mice! Moths and mice chew on the felt and store kibble under the keys. Gross right? Even if you know there have never been mice in your home, it's good for your health and the health of your piano to have it disassembled and cleaned every 5-10 years. I include lubrication, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the strings in grand pianos for a beautiful presentation If you are interested in a cleaning, let me know when we book. I will set aside some extra time for you the day I come to tune your piano. I use Norwex products to clean, so there are no chemical sprays or excess dust in your home. These cloths are very effective sanitizers as well.
